Erin Gordon is the Owner and Operator of Nothing Bundt Cakes in Grand Junction. Having grown up in the Grand Valley, Erin is passionate about investing in the community that helped shape her. After first discovering Nothing Bundt Cakes while living in Texas, she fell in love with the brand’s mission of spreading joy through celebration and was inspired to bring the bakery experience back home.

Through her business, Erin focuses on creating meaningful moments for guests — from everyday celebrations to life’s biggest milestones — while supporting local schools, nonprofits, and community initiatives. She believes locally owned businesses play an important role in strengthening community connections and contributing to a thriving local economy.

As a member of the Young Professionals Board, Erin is committed to fostering leadership, encouraging civic engagement, and helping create opportunities for young professionals to build lasting roots in the Grand Valley. She values collaboration and is proud to give back to the community where she grew up.
